Dr. Lee is the Dean of the College of Business Administration, at Kookmin University and has been teaching Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership since 2005. She led the Korean Women Economic Policy Forum from 2019 to 2019 and spent one year as a visiting scholar at the George Fox University, Oregon in 2014. She was also a Member of the Performance Evaluation Board of Pension, Fund, and Public Enterprises of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance a foreign Press Spokesperson of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. For 7 years She was a reporter at Kyunghyang Daily News, covering mainly economic and industry news. Dr. Lee’s current research is about ‘Managing the Generation Gap CEO change’, ‘Women and Leadership’, and ‘Key success factors of Korean Chaebols. She has written several books in Korean such as “Making Millennials Good Partners at Workplace” “Effective CEO Succession Plan” “Antecedents and Effects of CEO Change” and “Creative Management”. She has published several articles that analyze the source of differences between male and female managers’ performances.
