Dr. Heung-Soon Park is a professor of international & United Nations studies and the Dean of the Graduate School, SunMoon University, Korea. Dr. Park studied at Fairleigh Dickinson University and Columbia University and received a Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina, USA. He served as the president of several academic associations in Korea, including the Korean Academic Council on the United Nations System (KACUNS). Professor Park is also a member of the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs Policy Advisory Council, a vice-president of the United Nations Association of Korea, and the Korean National Commission of UNESCO. Dr. Park authorizes several books and articles on international relations, the United Nations and international organizations, Korean foreign policy, and peace and security on the Korean Peninsular.
