Shau-min Michael Chen is the managing director of Hina Group. He joined Hina Group in 2018 and has 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Mr. Chen was president of LogicVision (NASDAQ: LGVN) and president of two other acquired semiconductor companies. Mr. Chen is also a visiting professor at Shanghai Jiaotong University, a former visiting professor at the Stanford University Center for Sustainable Development and Global Competitiveness, and a visiting professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing."
