Biography
Jaeho Eun is a research fellow at the Korean Institute of Public Administration under the authority of the Korean Prime Minister’s Office. Interested in deliberative democracy and peace study, he organized nationwide debates for public questions such as Korea’s vision for the future, Civicness & publicness in the 21st century, etc. Former director general at the Presidential Committee for National Cohesion (2014-2015), he was also a member of several government advisory committees for policy evaluation and conflict management for over 15 years. Dr. Eun is also an adjunct professor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul and the Korean government's National Human Resource Development Institute. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Political science from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan in France. His teaching, research, and service activities focus on civil service reform, political analysis of public policy, and collaborative governance for conflict prevention and resolution. he has multiple publications in political and administrative science and has worked on various national and international administrative consulting projects.
