Hee-Bong Park is a professor at the School of Public Service at Chung-Ang University. He served as the president of the Korea Policy Science Association in 2009. His research focuses on social capital, public organization, and administrative culture. His most recent books are “Social Capital” (2009), “Good Government and Bad Government” (2013), and “Imjin War Story Which Any History Textbooks Do Not Say” (2014). , his research papers are “Factors of Trust in government: Government Policy or political attitudes?”(2013), “Comparative Study on trust in Government of three Nordic Countries and three East Asian Nations “ (2014), “Is trust in Government a short-term strategic value or a long-term democratic value?
