Kangwook Cho is the Executive Director of Korea Power Exchange. He was involved in power system planning and operation when he worked for Korea Electric Power Corporation. After being affiliated with Korea Power Exchange, he has been involved in electricity market reform. He has supported government policies related to power system planning & operation and electricity market reform. Kangwook Cho earned his B.A. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Seoul National University. He also served as a Korean representative for CIGRE SC2.
