Jiyoun Park is an assistant professor in the School of International Studies at Jeonbuk National University, Republic of Korea. She received her Bachelor's and Doctoral degrees from Ewha Womans University and her Master's degree from the University of York. She worked at KIEP and Korea Exim Bank before joining Jeonbuk National University in 2018. Her research focuses on how economic statecraft, economic sanctions, or foreign aid works in target states. Her recent publications include in International Political Science Review(2021), the Journal of Asian Pacific Economy(2018), and so on.
