Dr Conley is President of Conley-International Education Associates, a worldwide training and research company with 21 associates. He is the author of over 150 publications and 4 online course. He has conducted a variety of contract work and training projects for a number of governments and international organizations in 65 countries, including the Republic of Korea. He has run training programs on a variety of subjects, including human rights reporting, conflict analysis, recovery and stabilization in post-conflict societies, democratic development and governance, and citizenship education and development. Marshall is a graduate of McMaster University (Hamilton, Canada), BA, MA, and the University of Exeter (United Kingdom), PhD.
