Biography
KOH Kyung-sok is the Director-General of the African and Middle Eastern Affairs Bureau, Koh Kyung-sok, joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1995. He worked at the FTA Policy Planning Division, as well as in Korea’s diplomatic missions in France, Qatar, Milan, and Germany. Prior to being appointed as the Director-General of the African and Middle Eastern Affairs Bureau in 2020, he served as the Deputy Director-General in 2018. The Director-General, Koh Kyung-sok, holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Yonsei University, South Korea, and a Master’s degree in International relations from the University of California in San Diego, USA.
