Biography
Dennis Broeders is a Full Professor of Global Security and Technology and Senior Fellow of The Hague Program for Cyber Norms at the Institute of Security and Global Affairs (ISGA) of Leiden University, the Netherlands. His research and teaching broadly focus on the interaction between security, technology, and policy, with a specific interest in international cybersecurity governance. He is the author of the book The Public Core of the Internet (2015). He served as a member of the Dutch delegation to the UN Group of Governmental Experts on international information security and the Open-Ended Working Group (2019-2021) as an academic advisor.
