Biography
Chang Soo Jin achieved his master’s degree in Political Science at Sogang University in August 1988, after graduating from Sogang University (B.A. in Political Science) in 1986. Jin started as an International Relations researcher at the University of Tokyo in October 1989, entered the Ph.D. program in April 1990, and received his Ph.D. in Political Science in October 1994.
