Choung-tae KIM is the Chairman of the Council Steering Committee of the Seoul Metropolitan Council in South Korea. He is a third-term city council member from Yeongdeungpo-gu, the Democratic Party. Serving as the head of the decentralization TF in the Association of Metropolitan and Provincial Council Chairs and the Chairman of the Association of Metropolitan and Provincial Council Steering Committee Chairs, he has been committed to the advancement of self-governing and decentralization in Korean politics.
