Jisoo is an activist who dreams of a sustainable society where everyone has their room. She is chairman of the Minsnail, a steering committee member of the Seoul Youth Housing Cost Support Counseling Center, a steering committee member of the Seoul Youth Housing Counseling Center, and a director of the Minsnail Housing Cooperative. Minsnail is a non-governmental housing rights organization with an office in Seoul, Korea. Founded in 2011, Minsnail Uinon states its goal is to “ensure youth housing rights and alleviate housing inequality”. To this end, she is working on creating a tenant network, establishing youth housing, and developing various non-profit housing models through governance for policy improvement. The Seoul Youth Housing Cost Support Counseling Center carries out housing cost support projects for young people who suffer from the COVID-19 crisis and housing costs. The Seoul Youth Housing Counseling Center provides education and counseling for the first independence of the youths."
