Biography

Dr. Seungho Lee is a Professor at the Graduate School of International Studies, at Korea University. His research interests are institutional change in water policy, water-related disaster management, transboundary water management, and public-private partnership projects in water supply and sanitation services with reference to China, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Recent publications include his upcoming monograph, ‘China’s Water Resources Management: A Long March to Sustainability (2021)’, ‘Security and Development in Transboundary Water Management between North Korea and China in the Yalu River Basin (2020),’ and ‘Regional Cooperation through the Greater Mekong Subregion (2020)’. Professor Lee often consults with various ministries of the Korean government, K-water, UNESCO, GGGI, and UNESCAP.
