Dr. Peter Hayes is an Honorary Professor at the Center for International Security Studies at Sydney University, Australia, the Executive Director for Nautilus Institute for Security and Sustainability in Berkeley, California, and APLN Research Director. He works at the nexus of security, environment, and energy policy problems.
