Professor Hong served the Tourism Management department of Jeju National University’s Economics & Commerce College and served as a director of the MICE sector projects in the LINC(Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation). Jeju is his hometown and he obtained a doctoral degree from Hanyang University in the tourism department. The MICE sector is his major specialization and he does the lectures in the College and Graduate shool‘s courses which are related to MICE. He has consecutively filled in Economics & Commerce College of Jeju National University as Vice Dean.
