Yun Won-Su earned a Ph.D. in the Public Administration Department from Jeju National University and is working as a senior researcher in the Ministry of Economic and Social Studies at the Jeju Institute. The main areas of study are decentralization, autonomous administration, and residential autonomy. Major academic studies include the impact of local government organizational culture on customer orientation and personnel verification of heads of local governments. He is serving as a member of the Commission on Commitment Practice for the 7th Public Election, to enhance the function of city authorities’ rights.
