Biography
Philippe HANScH is born in Nancy (East of France). He studied Law at the University of Nancy. In 1997, he became a Professor and was a teacher for 7 years. In 1994, he joined the Region Lorraine in charge of communication for several subjects including memories before taking charge the politics for students. Since 2013, he is the Director of the World Center for Peace, Liberties, and Human Rights in Verdun. He is honored with the Prize of French and German Friendship (2015). His action as Director of the World Center for Peace has been honored by the Prize of European Citizen 2018 delivered by the European Parliament.
