Christopher Lai has been the Director, Korea of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) since 1 February 2021, overseeing HKTDC’s strategies and operations to facilitate Great bilateral business relations between Hong Kong and Korea.  He has served a variety of functions at HKTDC since 2006, including as Manager of Service Promotion and Section Head of Financial Services from 2014 to 2021. He graduated from Murdoch University in Western Australia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and International Studies as well as Public Administration.
