Biography
Doo-Han KIM is in charge of the policy-making, organization, and budget management for JDC as the director of the Planning & Coordination Dept., Jeju Free International City Development Center. He has endeavored to construct Jeju Free International City by successively filling both project and support departments’ director posts in JDC since 2005, after serving as a policy adviser to the Jeju Special Slef-Governing Province Governor. He completed a master’s degree in Energy Environmental Policy from Kyoto University, Japan. Meanwhile, he has also translated two Japanese publications into Korean.
