Dr. Jaeshin Park is the Vice President for Program Strategy and Asia Programs of KOICA. He administers the Program Strategy Department, the Climate Crisis & Pandemic Response Department, the Southeast Asia Department I and II, and the Southwest Asia & the Pacific Department. He started his academic career as a researcher at Korea Development Institute then moved to Kookmin University to become a professor at the College of Business Administration. He studied Management Science and Management Information Systems at KAIST and received a Ph.D in the University of Cambridge.

박재신 이사는 현재 한국국제협력단 사업전략∙아시아본부 이사로서, 2019년 3월 부임하였다. 한국개발연구원 초빙연구위원, 공공기관경영연구원 연구위원 원장, 국민대학교 경영대학 부교수를 역임하였다. 그는 한국과학기술원에서 경영과학과 경영정보공학을 공부하고, 석사 및 영국 케임브리지대학교(University of Cambridge)에서 경영학 박사학위를 취득하였다.
