Choi Moon-soon is the Governor of Gangwon, Republic of Korea, which hosted the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. Governor Choi has been elected three times in a row as one of the most favored leaders in the province. He served as the President of the Governors Association of Korea. Before he took the office, he was a CEO of Munhwa Broadcating Corporation (MBC) and a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea respectively.
