Mr. Kang Yoo-sik, a career diplomat, is the director of the International Security Division which covers cybersecurity, terrorism, and cooperation with NATO and OSCE. Previously, he was the director of the Organization and Planning Division and the deputy director of the Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Division. He served at the Korean embassies in London, the U.K. from 2007 to 2009, in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire from 2009 to 201,1, and in Athens, Greece from 2015 to 2017.
