Kang Chang-min currently heads the research and planning office of the Jeju Institute and serves as a vice president of the Korean Association For Local Administration and as a director of the Korean Regional Science Association(KRSA). His major writing includes ‘Understanding of Modern Public Administration’, and his major studies include ‘Establishing Jeju Future Vision’ and ‘10-year Evaluation and Future Strategies of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province’.
