Biography
Born in December 1955 and graduated from Kim Il-sung University, Ning Fukui joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC in 1976. Ning Fukui was councilor at the Embassy of the P.R.C. to the D.P.R.K. and deputy director of the Department of Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the P.R.C. He was also the Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia, Ambassador for Korean Peninsula Affairs, Chinese Ambassador to the R.O.K., Director of the Department of Boundary and Ocean Affairs, Chinese Ambassador to Thailand, and Deputy Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Affairs of China.
