Mr. Seung Bae Kim serves as the Executive Director of the Tourism Policy Division at Jeju Special Self-governing Provincial Government and took various key posts including the head of the Low Carbon Policy Bureau, Self-governing Administration Team, and Performance Management Team. Mr. Kim was born in Gujwa, Jeju, and graduated from Jeju International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration.
