Gun Do Park was born and raised in Jeju. He graduated from the Department of Economics at New Zealand's University of Canterbury and is currently majoring in sociology at the graduate school of Jeju National University. After serving as a member of the Jeju Youth Network's steering committee and chairman of the Jeju Youth Cooperative Association, he is currently active as chairman of the Jeju Residents' Self-Governing Alliance. For a long time, he has been constantly interested in youth issues in Jeju Island. He has consistently participated in radio, lectures, broadcasting, and discussion sessions to voice the youth of Jeju. As a young man living in Jeju, including the current operation of the youth space "The 4th floor of Walking," he is trying to participate directly in various fields such as culture, jobs, and housing and make the issue public.
