Gyuri Cho works actively in climate change as a co-president of a youth organization called GEYK while studying Environmental Engineering and Ecological Engineering. Since youth and future generation is one of the important stakeholders in climate change, she tries to voice out the youths’ opinion locally and internationally. By cooperating with people from different countries and backgrounds, she aims to raise awareness and have a role in changing social, economic system to deal with climate change.

조규리는 환경생태공학을 전공하고 있는 대학생으로 현재 기후변화청년단체 GEYK 공동대표로 활동하고 있다. 2018년부터 기후변화에 본격적으로 관심을 갖고 GEYK 활동을 통해 기후변화 대응을 위해 노력하고 있다. 국내 및 국제사회에 한국 청년들의 생각과 의견을 모으고 이를 전달하며, 다른 국가의 청년들과의 협력을 통해 청년의 역할을 함께 모색하고 있다. 이를 통해 기후변화에 대한 사회 전반적인 인식을 높이고 사회 경제적 시스템을 바꾸는데 청년들이 기여할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다.
