Dr. Byung Min Ahn is Chief Director of Eursia Insfrastructure Center at Korea Transport Institute. He received his Ph.D. degree from Tsukuba University in Japan. He was a visiting professor at Tsukuba University, a research fellow at Kyoto University. He served on various advisory committees of ROK government.
