Deputy Secretary-General CAO Jing received Master of Arts from Wuhan University. She joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of China in 2000, and began her diplomatic career in Department of Asian Affairs of MOFA and Chinese Embassy in India. Since 2008, she served in different posts as Deputy Director of Department of Asian Affairs of MOFA, Director of Political Section of Chinese Embassy in Singapore, Director of Department of Asian Affairs of MOFA. She became Counselor and Director of Department of Asian Affairs of MOFA in 2016 as well as National Coordinator of Langcang-Mekong Cooperation China Secretariat in 2017. She became Deputy Secretary-General (DSG) of Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat in October 2019.

차오징 한중일3국협력사무국 사무차장은 우한대학교에서 석사를 받았다. 차오징 사무차장은 2000년 중국 외교부에 입부하여, 중국 외교부 아주국 및 주 인도 중국대사관에서 외교부 생활을 시작하였다. 2008년부터 중국 외교부 아시아국 부과장, 주 싱가폴 중국 대사관 정무부 부장, 중국 외교부 아주국 과장을 역임하고, 2016년 중국 외교부 아주국 참사관 및 과장과 2017년 란창-메콩 협력 사무국 국가 조정관을 지냈다. 2019년 한중일3국협력사무국 사무차장으로 위임되었다.
