Born in Seoul on March 30, 1962, Kinam Park served as the director of Korea Women's Institute and Korea Foundation for Women. Since 1994, she has settled in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do, and has worked as a gender studies’ researcher, femocrat, and representative and member of women’s organizations, crossing GO and NGOs to improve the quality of life and gender equality for women in the region. In particular, she has studied and practiced gender inequality issues in the labor market, gender mainstreaming policies, and regional women's movements. Her co-authors include (2014), (2011), and (2009).

박기남은 1962년 3월 30일 서울 출생으로, 한국여성연구소 소장, 한국여성재단 사무총장 등을 지냈다. 1994년부터 강원도 춘천에 정착해 살면서 여성학 연구자, 페모크라트, 여성단체 대표와 회원으로서 GO와 NGO를 넘나들면서 지역 여성의 삶의 질 향상과 성평등을 위해 일해 왔다. 특히 노동시장에서의 성불평등 문제와 성주류화 정책, 지역 여성운동 등에 대해 관심을 갖고 연구하고 실천해왔다. 공저로 <일터에서 평등을 묻다>(2014), <노인 돌봄>(2011), <일 가족 젠더>(2009) 등이 있다.
