Professor Eunice K. Kim is a law professor at Ewha Womans University ("Ewha")l, where she has served as Vice President for International Affairs, Dean of Ewha International Co-ed Summer College, Director of Ewha Institute for Gender & Law and Director for Meridian 180, a global network-style thinktank.
Before joining Ewha, Professor Kim, a member of New York State Bar, previously held senior positions in the financial sector, including Hana Financial Group, (Deputy CEO) Citibank Japan Ltd. (Chief Compliance Officer), Citibank Korea Inc. (Chief Legal Officer), Citigroup Global Markets Korea Ltd.(CLO/CCO), and Franklin Templeton Asset Management Co., Ltd (COO). Professor Kim currently serves on the Board of Samsung Biologics and previously served on the Board of KB Financial Group.
Professor Kim currently serves on the board of three non-profit organizations, GongGam Human Rights Law Foundation, the International Association of Korean Lawyers and the Korea Network of Women in Finance. She has served on numerous government, regulatory or private sector committees and task forces.
Professor Kim received her Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Yale College, where she double-majored in Chinese Studies and Administrative Sciences with distinction in both majors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

김유니스 이화여자대학교 법학전문대학원 교수는 이화여대 국제교류처장, 국제하계대학원장, 젠더법연구소장, 및 메리디안180 한국소장을 역임했다.
이화여대 부임 전, 하나금융지주, 일본씨티은행, 한국씨티은행, 씨티그룹글로벌마켓증권, 프랭클린템플턴자산운용회사 등 금융기업 경영진으로서 오랜 경력을 쌓았다. 씨티그룹글로벌마켓증권 사내이사와 KB금융지주 사외이사를 거쳐, 현재 삼성바이오로직스의 사외이사로 재직중이며, 공감인권법재단, 세계한인법률가회, 한국여성금융인네트워크등 공익법인의 이사로, 그외 다수의 정부 및 민간위원회 위원으로 활동중이다.
김유니스교수는 미국 예일대학에서 중국학과 행정학을 복수전공했고 예일 로스쿨에서 J.D. 학위를 받았다.
