Soo-Yeul Cho graduated from Sungshin Women’s University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biology. She got a Ph.D in Biotechnology from Korea University. She served in the Korea National Institute of Health from 1993 to 1997, and has worked in the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety since 1997. She also served as a director of Medical Product Inspection Division, Gyeogin Regional Korea Food and Drug Administration. She currently works in the National Institute of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation as a director of the Herbal Medicine Research Division.
