Biography
Ramzi Kazim oglu TEYMUROV, born in Azerbaijan, graduated from the State University of Foreign Languages with a Bachelor’s degree in English Language. He got a Master’s degree in Literature and Language at the same university. After entering the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2002, he served as a Second Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United States of America, a First Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Austria, and a Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the International Organizations in Vienna. He started his new post as a Charged Affaires in 2013 at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Korea where he has served as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary since 2014, leading friendly relations between two countries. He is able to speak English, Turkish, and Russian.
