
Biography
Mr. PARK Jae-kyung is a Korean diplomat by profession and currently working for the Presidential Committee on New Southern Policy as Policy Coordinator. He served as Deputy Director for the Southeast Asia Division and as Director for ASEAN Cooperation Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs between 2008 and 2011. He also served at the Korean Embassy in Yangon, Myanmar, and in Jakarta, Indonesia between 20013 and 2017. He had his fellowship with the Office of the Korea Chair at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington D.C. in 2012. He received his BA from the English Department at Seoul National University (Seoul, Korea), and his MA in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) from the Fletcher School at Tufts University (Boston, US).
