Myung Hee Lee is the Executive Vice President at Pulmuone Foods Co., where he started working in 1987. He started out as an HR specialist but held different positions, including finance, customer service, and sales, during his career at Pulmuone. In 2012, he was promoted to EVP of HR, overseeing the corporate-wide HR operations for more than 5,000 employees in 4 countries – Korea, the US, Japan, and China. After being promoted to EVP, he has been implementing industry-leading initiatives for women in the workforce, such as implementing programs to secure 30% female executives across the board, building child-care facilities for employees, and proactive implementation of flexible work time for pregnant employees.
