Dr. Koh, Choong-suk, Ph.D. is Chairman of International Peace Foundation and Professor Emeritus at Jeju National University. Dr. Koh has assumed the office since November 2018. With extensive expertise in public administration and professional experiences in education for nearly forty years, he assumed the position of President at two different universities. He served as Seventh President of Jeju National University(2005-2009), where he taught public administration as professor from 1979 to 2013. In 2014, he became Founding President at Jeju International University, served until 2018. Dr. Koh engages widely in research and publication. The most notable milestone since 2007 is leading Society of Ieodo Research as Founding Chairman, an independent research institute affiliated with Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries of the Republic of Korea.
