Biography
Myung-Hyun Chung is a research professor at Korea University Legal Research Institute. She graduated from Korea University College of Law (LL.B.), University of Iowa (LL.M. in international & comparative law), and Korea University with a Ph.D. in international law. She teaches international law, international economic law, international environmental law, data protection law, and cyber law in undergraduate and graduate schools. She has been involved in many governmental projects commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and so on. She has advised the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology and the Personal Information Protection Commission. She is a member of the Korean Society of International Law, Korean Society of International Economic Law, and a board member of International Cyber Law Studies in Korea.
