다카나시 이치로 이사장은 1954년 효고 현 태생.대학 졸업 후, 동양제관 근무를 거쳐서 1981년 삼촌인 고리 니사부로우가 창업한 코카콜라보틀링재팬 ㈱에 입사했다.
그 뒤 그룹의 지주 회사인 ㈱ 환인 홀딩스에서 이사로 근무, 현재 고문. 2007년에는 관련 회사에서 프랜차이즈 사업을 벌이며 ㈱ 비앙의 대표이사 사장에 취임했으며 현재 상담역. 2002년 NPO법인 FBN재팬(패밀리 비즈니스 네트워크 일본) 설립하고 현재 이사장. 2015년 사단법인100년경영개발기구 이사. 타카나시 가문은 세계적인 간장 회사로 유명한 기코만 공동창업자이다.

ICHIRO Takanashi was born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1954. After graduating from college, he worked at Dongyang Pipe. In 1981 and joined Coca Cola Bottling Japan, which was founded by his uncle, Gorinisaburou.

He is currently an adviser to Hanyin Holdings Co., a group holding company. In 2007, he became the CEO of Bian Co., Ltd. as a franchise company. Currently, he is an adviser for established FBN Japan (Family Business Network Japan) in 2002 and Chairman of the Board. He is the director of 100-years Development Organization.

Takanashi-Bonga is a co-founder of Kikomon which is famous as a world-famous soy sauce company.
