Born in Jeju in 1961, Kim Dhurg-young graduated from Jeju Jeil High School and Jeju National University in trade. He joined the Korea International Trade Association in 1988 and has served in various key posts, including director of the International Trade Academy, regional experts in Chile, director of the Gangwon branch, and head of the Jeju branch, adding vitality to the country's trade through the establishment of a close network with domestic and foreign-related agencies. Currently, as an advisor to the Korea International Trade Association, he’s planning and pushing various business models that conform to regional characteristics for the promotion of trade in Korea and economic development in the region, and based on the know-how of the analysis of trade statistics, he continuously analyzes and announces the export and import trends every month.
