Chairman Moon got a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Law in Jeju National University. He had been a senior assistant to lawmaker, a member of Jeju provincial assembly, a chairman of the provincial assembly and a chairman of Jeju Economic Hopes research institute. Now he is chairing and managing JDC as the 8th chairman of the company.
