Chairman Moon got a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Law in Jeju National University. He had been a senior assistant to lawmaker, a member of Jeju provincial assembly, a chairman of the provincial assembly and a chairman of Jeju Economic Hopes research institute. Now he is chairing and managing JDC as the 8th chairman of the company.

문대림 JDC 이사장은 제주대 법학과에서 학사, 석사학위를 취득하였다. 이후 국회의원 보좌관, 제8대 제주특별자치도의회 의원, 제9대 제주특별자치도의회 의장, (사)제주희망경제연구소 이사장, 청와대 제도개선비서관을 역임하였으며, 현재 JDC 8대 이사장으로 취임하여 기관을 총괄 지휘하고 있다.
