김은광이사는 스마트시티에서 10년 이상의 경력을 갖고 있으며, 국내 U-City 초기부터 주요 스마트시티 프로젝트에 참여하였다. 대표적으로 그는 3년간 과기정통부 과제 부산 개방형 스마트시티 실증단지 조상 프로젝트의 총괄PM을 수행하였다. 그는 또한 다수의 도시 개발 프로젝트 경험을 가지고 있으며, 대표적인 프로젝트로는 상하이의 초고층 빌딩 개발 프로젝트, 베이징 복합문화단지 개발을 위한 타당성 연구 및 마스터 플랜 수립, 사우디아라비아의 경제 도시 개발 마스터플랜 수립 및 타당성 검토 등이 있다.
아울러 스마트시티 분야에서 KISDI, 한국산업단지관리공단, LH, 수원시 등 정부기관의 자문위원으로 활동하기도 했다.

Eunkwang Kim has more than 10 years of experience in smart city, and has been engaged in major Smart City Projects since the early days of U-City in Korea. One of representative project was Establishment of Busan smart city test-bed for 3 years, which was funded by government. Also he has experiences in urban development projects, those are high-rise building development projects in Shanghai, feasibility study and master planning for Cultural complex development project in Beijing and master planning and feasibility study on Saudi Arabia's 6th Economic City etc.
He also has been acted as advisory member for government agencies: KISDI, Korea Industrial Complex Administration, LH, Suwon City government, etc.
