JUNG Chang-Hyun is the Director of the Korean Peace and Economy Institute, Moneytoday Media. He worked for Unification Research Institute of the JoongAng Ilbo from 1994 to 2004 after having completed his B.A. and M.A. degrees at Seoul National University. And he served as an adjunct professor at Kookmin University from 2001-2016. His area of study includes North Korean history, society, and the Inter-Korean Relationship. Since 2002, he has visited North Korea more than thirty times. He has authored several publications including <North Korean under Kim Jong-Un era>(2014), <Kim Jong Il of North Korea> (2009), <A Close-Look at North Korea>(2006), <Changeable North Korea, Unchangeable North Korea>(2005),<North Korea’s Influential Leaders and Its Contemporary History>(2002), <Kim Jong Il Observed Firsthand>(2000)
