Sung Jong Moon is a Professor of Cheju Halla University. He is completed his master’s in Hotel management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, USA, and a PH. D. in tourism management at Hanyang University, Korea. He started his teaching career at Cheju Halla University in 1995.
He is a member of the Presidential Commission on Policy Planning and a research fellow at the Jeju Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Regional Economic Research Institute.
Professor Moon’s research area is focused on the eco-tourism and festival event. He continually presents issues related to eco-tourism and tourism management.
