LU Xinghai was born on December 24, 1972, in Samwonpo, Yuhwa, Jilin province, China. In 1992, she majored in Sports News at Shanghai Physical Education University. In 2000, she joined CCTV Sports Channel and was in charge of Baduk PD. He served golf PD from 2006 to 2009, was dispatched to Korea in April 2010, and has been the bureau director since the establishment of the Seoul bureau. He served as Vice Chairman of Seoul Oshin Club in 2013 and 2019.
