Kyung Hoon Sul is the Director of CIFAL Jeju / Jeju International Training Center, one of the 18 training centers of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Ambassador Sul, a long-time career diplomat for more than 30 years, served as ambassador to Ukraine and Moldova. He had previously worked as the Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations at the ambassador level in New York. He also assumed the role of Ambassador-at-Large for the Daejeon Municipality for international affairs. Most recently, he served as the Vice President for Global Partnership in the KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency), Korea’s ODA Implementing body.
