Northeast Asia, an economic engine in the world, is in the phase of uprising of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Innovation is the key to sustainable development in economic, social, and environmental aspects, and we are in need of preparations to understand and shape the upcoming revolution based on new emerging technologies such as robotics, AI, IoT, autonomous vehicles, or nanotechnology. In the manufacturing sector where China, Japan, and Korea are dominant in world market, industry 4.0 is making a drastic shift in the economic and social system in the East Asian value chain. This session will share multiple cases of industry 4.0 development among the three countries, and seek a way to co-develop for the common future.<BR><BR>
