Dr. Philp Zelikow, the White Burkett Miller Professor of History at the University of Virginia, and Prof. Chung-in Moon, Special Advisor to President Moon Jae-in, will discuss strategies for and prospects of creating a peace regime in Korea. Dr. Philip Zelikow was involved in the diplomacy surrounding German unification during the George H. W. Bush administration and drafted a US policy toward North Korea, which envisioned a formal peace treaty, during the George W. Bush administration.
