Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, ordinary citizens of Ukraine are subjected to indiscriminate violence and even human dignity is being destroyed. All sectors of society are taking action against war. The same goes for the arts & culture. Arts & culture is the most non-violent way to condemn war and appeal for peace.
At the Culture Session of the 17th Jeju Forum, we invite experts who are actively engaged in 'peace culture and art activities' at home and abroad to discuss the role that arts & culture should play in order for human society to go 'Beyond Conflict, Towards Peace' and to achieve 'Coexistence and Cooperation'.
