As it is a session of BPW (Business & Professional Women) Korea, this session will discuss the role of women leaders and exchange views on how we can strengthen women’s competitiveness in a rapidly changing environment of the 21st century. Since women’s social participation including their economic activities is one of the essential elements to enforce national competitiveness, the need for women’s leadership is more growing than ever before. As a core social member, women leaders from each country will present their views and discuss the direction to go.
